Christmas Cookies Recipes Free Today

Christmas Cookies RecipesTwo Things I love, Christmas + Cookies and Free Recipes.  But only for a few days.  If you have read much on my blog here at Higher Purpose Ministries, you know that I really love Kindle and have actually written several books that you can buy in the Amazon Kindle Bookstore.  I am also part of a book club and sometimes the members will offer their books for free for download for people to read and review.  I want to let you know about a very nice new little book I just downloaded that is free today and maybe for a few days.  Today is October 8th so I don’t really know how long.  I think they are getting ready to sell it for the Holidays.  It is called 20 Christmas Cookie Recipes: Sweet Treats For Your Holiday Party, by Jean Pardue.

They won’t be free for long, but these Kindle books are always inexpensive and so fast to download and handy to keep in your kitchen or take with you when you travel for the holidays.

Are you planning to have any Christmas parties, or maybe you will have to make some Christmas cookies to take to your kids’ class at school or their Sunday School class?  Do you want them to be a hit so that you stand out in front of the other Mom’s?  Maybe you just like the fun of getting together with your family to make the cookies together.  Great family memories of making cookies with Mom and filling the house with the smell of fresh baked Christmas cookies.

Anyway, if you are looking for some ideas and recipes for homemade cookies for Christmas, this little recipe book is a great way to make your creative juices start flowing.  It may have some of your favorites and a few that will be new to you.  I know Jean has included some of her Mom’s family recipes.

What Kinds of Christmas Cookie Recipes?

Here are a few of the variety of 20 Christmas Cookie Recipes that Jean included from her recipe box.

  • Frosted Gingerbread Men
  • Santa’s Workshop Peanut Butter Cookies
  • Fluffy Snowball Cookies
  • North Pole Snickerdoodles
  • Jolly Holly Cookies
  • Mrs. Claus’ Oatmeal Nut Cookies

Even if you do not make one single Christmas cookie or follow even one of these Holiday Cookie Recipes, you cannot lose by downloading this Amazon Kindle book since it is free.

As I have said, I love the Amazon Kindle bookstore because it is interchangeable with PC, Mac, ipad, iphone, or any smart phone.  You can download the app for reading Kindle books no matter what type of device you have.  In fact, I have the app on my Hewlett Packard laptop, and my ipad, as well as my Kindle Fire.  (I know, I probably should not have all of those, but I am a techie.)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the cookies and have a wonderful Christmas!

Hope you enjoy,

Take a look at some of my Kindle books while you are there.

While You are at it you should check out the Brand New Kindle HDX A great present for the techie in your family.  In fact, the new “MAYDAY” button makes it perfect for the non-techie, too.  It is an amazing help button that pulls up a real live person for live support 24 x 7.  I was very impressed.  Check it out below.
